Pros
None that I can think of. The place is depressing the employee morale is in the gutter. The owners live in a different world. The pay is laughable and the benefits that i was paying for were not being paid.
Cons
Upper management is a joke they do not manage. They threaten and yell and belittle. The company has no HR. So if you have a problem with a manager saying inappropriate things or harassing you. You have no options on what to do. In short, this company puts on a front as a high in corporate machine but in reality they are sleazy used printer salesman.
