Pros
Nothing positive can be said about this company or job.
Cons
1) the job you are applying for is not the one you will get stuck with 2) you will get asked to do two things: recruitment and outsourcing 3) the so called recruitment will be you using ONLY linkedin, this is the only rec tool. you will not learn recruitment. its just friends of the director giving him hints about possible openings at their companies. the roles are in the most remote position like uzbekhistan. the roles are essentially rejects nobody wants or can find people for so they give them away to XML 4) the outsourcing can be anything (contracts;travel arrangements; opening up subsidiary companies in africa) 5) lack of any structure: -you will end up doing doing work for this company and any other company the director owns and there are loads of them and doing work his private life and his friends -you will never have your responsibilities defined so the director can ask you to do anything -the bonus is produced on a whim, sometimes just weeks before the end of the quarter and consists of things that even the director cant define. so the most you can expect on getting is around 50% of it -there are no recruitment targets so you dont know what you are working towards and can be accused of underperforming at any time, depending on director's mood 6) there is no room for progress. you will be offered a title of a business manager when you start, even if your responsibilities have nothing to do with it. you will not be able to advance from this position. 7) you will be asked to work after hours and on weekends without extra pay 8) you will not have your sick days paid 9) you will have no benefits 10) you will be paid less what a living wage in London is and then you will find ppl who have just join the company were offered more than you make just because the director likes them more and the list goes on.
