Pros

The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

Cons

The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.

It is a good environment to work in. It is a very small team and you will have the visibility

Cons

Location is a challenge since there is no transport and it is in one corner of massachusetts. It has shown decline in business over past few months
