Pros

Company appears to be growing and well-capitalized. Pay is good and usually negotiable.

Cons

Where do I start? Upper management and the executive team are virtually non-existent. No cohesive understanding of business goals/mission across ALL departments. Everyone seemingly under water. No training for employees - you are thrown into it and expected to reach out via email with any and all questions. Zero transparency regarding product creation / manufacturing process raises some red flags. Most of all, employees are completely disposable and they will get rid of you without another word if it fits their profit objectives.

Growing too fast gets messy!

Pros

Tremendous growth. Company dominates the market. Hybrid office approach. Hard workers.

Cons

Lack of training. Accomplishments are not celebrated. Low pay. Constantly figuring things out on the fly leads to an unstructured, messy environment.

Not worth it

Pros

Schedule (Mon-Friday) is probably the only thing

Cons

Management is always pushing for more but dropping on the installers for crazy deadlines. Constantly hearing excuses for no raises or compensation for the employees in the shop- constantly hearing how certain jobs arent worth it from other installers. Cheap jobs for low pay.
