If you can prove your claim, management will make it happen (or have you make it happen!). Senior management (CEO, CMO, etc.) very approachable. Company strategies and practices are very data-focused, not a lot of "gut feeling" decisions. Paid overtime is in abundance for hourly employees.
Cons
Sales staff has high turnover due to seasonal business, but other positions (tech, management, marketing, etc.) are stable. Company exists a lot of hours out of salary positions.

Occasionally an effort was made in the direction of fun, e.g., themed Fridays, potlucks, bagels on a Friday morning.
