Brilliant co-workers, flexible work situation (location/hours), big, forward thinking ideas, continual improvement, social leaning mindset, and a very supportive environment whether in person or virtually. I love XPLANE. And I love that our clients consistently rave about the work we do for them. XPLANE genuinely has heart, and a big collective heartbeat.
Cons
XPLANE has gone through a few challenging metamorphoses in the last 15 years. There have been growing pains, and shrinking pains. But the overall atmosphere is always one of kindness, compassion and support for one another's growth as human beings, as well as growth and maturity of the company itself.
