      - Option to work remote, but also great office - Relatively crunch free - Almost a decade in business, with some reputation

      - Significant gaps in salaries with little transparency - Poor coordination between departments - Afflicted by chronic brain drain

      - There are base hours, but if you need to go on some errands they are flexible - Opportunity to fill up multiple positions based on your knowledge and interests - You can work from home, but if you want you can work in the office as well (hybrid) - You will like most of the team

      - Lack of communication - Lack of company culture and work methods - Because of these it is chaotic

      Toxic work culture, hierarchy or structure of some kind is non- existent, chaos all over. Your work is never appreciated. Clear and open communication is non-existent. Owners are lacking any moral principles.
