- Everyone is super motivated, committed and really believe in the company - creating a special environment where people really care. - VR is super cool. Combining it with healthcare and helping people with chronic conditions makes you feel you are impacting the world in a positive way. - Remote work environment has its pros and its challenges.

Cons

- VR therapy and Telehealth are two innovative ideas, mixing the two together into one company isn't a smooth ride in the park. The work environment is very dynamic trying to move as fast as possible and learn what works and what doesn't in marketing, product development or personalized therapy. - Remote work environment has its pros and its challenges.
