Real lack of upward mobility. Good place to gain experience then go elsewhere. Lack of opportunity for real financial gain...capped at mid-five figures. Entrenched management reluctant to change. New ideas not welcomed with open arms. Low morale for people truly hoping to succeed financially.

Worked there for a few years. Was told by a Sr person that "we tend to eat our own." Never knew what that meant until I saw some of the managers in action. Blowing up any single reason to fire someone because the manager does not personally care for them. Another Sr person was mad at an employee because they did not recall how to perform a task - when asked about it, the Sr person said "I showed them once, they should just remember." Brilliant. Had to laugh when I started reading references to "C" - they are spot on! She was like a car wreck - you just could not look away. I don't know if it's still in effect or not, but I was there when the owner banned music from the entire facility - way to motivate. They used to run the sales peoples results weekly on TV screens in an attempt to motivate them. The logic was that "no one wants to show up in last place."
