Pros

Really positive hiring experience from start to finish. The interview process was clear, well-paced, and efficient, with good communication at every stage. Onboarding was just as smooth and well-structured, with everything laid out clearly from day one and a team that was organized every step of the way.

Great people and autonomy

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the people — the teams are made up of knowledgeable, supportive, and collaborative colleagues who are generally easy to work with across departments and locations. There is a good level of autonomy given to employees. You’re often given ownership of your work, which allows you to contribute meaningfully rather than just executing narrow tasks. The work-life balance is also a strong point. The company offers flexibility in working arrangements, which makes it easier to manage personal commitments alongside work. This flexibility is appreciated and contributes to a generally healthy working rhythm. The product space is also interesting and dynamic, with varied challenges that keep the work engaging. It’s not a static environment, and there are opportunities to learn and be exposed to different aspects of the business. Overall, it’s a place where you can gain solid experience, work with good people, and have a fair amount of ownership over what you do.

Cons

Depending on the team, some processes can feel a bit informal or still evolving, which occasionally leads to minor inefficiencies or shifting priorities. At times, there can also be a fair amount of context switching due to the pace of work and multiple ongoing initiatives, which may not suit everyone’s working style.

Pros

The hiring and onboarding process was smooth and supportive. All teams were very helpful throughout the process, from HR documentation to IT setup and Finance training.

Cons

On my onboarding set up of credentials/tools/licenses I had my manager handling everything. I am not sure if in the absence of my manager, I would be able to make requests, or having a documentation guidance to walk through the onboarding myself.
