If you do not get your pay that you wanted up front during your interview you will never get it because they will make up excuses for why you are not going to receive a pay raise. They only do pay raises once a year in May so if you are hired after May you will have to wait almost 2 years for a pay raise that will not come. Do not mention the regional managers what you do not like/care for about your work environment because they will ensure to add it to your job title without any additional pay. Management doesn't care about maintenance, only their bonuses so they cut every corner. They have NO maintenance department, no service schedule, no maintenance program just mechanics and they have no idea how to use them properly. Your day is doing last minute DOT inspections and putting out fires because they refused to repair something when it first came in. You will be working outside ALL THE TIME heat, cold, rain, sun, snow they don't care. Seriously, I passed out in a connex and was not found. I laid in there for we think for about 45min from heat exhaustion before I woke up. Work here at your own risk.
