Good exposure to luxury retail clients, which is great for learning the domain. Since it’s a product-based company, there’s a lot to pick up if you’re willing to put in the effort. The team is stable right now and easy to work with, which makes day-to-day work smoother. You get plenty of learning opportunities if you take initiative. Also, the company offers a decent number of holidays, flexible working hours, and work-from-home options, which helps with work-life balance.

Cons

Product priorities tend to change quite often, which can lead to some inconsistency and miscommunication, especially when dealing with clients. Decision-making can be a bit slow at times, which impacts the overall pace of work. There are also instances where management gets involved in day-to-day tasks, which can blur the hierarchy a bit. At times, confidentiality isn’t handled very well by HR and managers, and things shared in confidence can end up being discussed more openly, sometimes even with names, which can be uncomfortable.
