work culture is very very bad, no proper internal communication process gap, illogical process, metrics follow up is zero while joining what metrics they say everything will be opposite no importance to employees will roaster the break but they will not allow us to yake the breaks even if you are hungry also they will prioritise the inflow only and will not allow you apply rr breaks also if you do so they will log you out and process follow is not even through out the teams each tema will follow different process and qa will follow different process we will be in trouble if the chat doens't meet up to their process there is no standard process and even the standard process has lots of gaps and laptops provided is old one even you can paly mario game it will hang in this scenario they will tell to clear cache thts it its like telling the ambassador car to win the formula one race
