The company lacks culture delineation, a derivative of management’s inability to lead the organization appropriately. Completely NO work life balance. Constant Micromanagement from leadership; Constant finger pointing and placing blames. Unrealistic expectations and lots of afterhours work since the company does NOT have stable systems in place. Heavy and ongoing turnover. Innovate thinking is nonexistence; same technology from over a decade ago that’s hanging on by a thread. Lack of proper onboarding producers and continued training programs. “At XDD, communication is everything - because you need to know.”- NOT TRUE. Company changes and updates are through rumors and office talks.
