Although few, there still are good people that work at the company. Location is awesome, right downtown in the heart of Toronto. Food and entertainment are plenty.
Cons
No one is encouraged to perform research under the proper experimental rigors. Management (both senior and middle) do not work for the best interests of the company but only care about their own personal interests. This has created a very toxic work environment, where employees get rewarded for their ability to pander to upper management.
