Pros

We would work on new projects every week. The variety of the projects in terms of client size and industry meant that there was always opportunities to learn new things. The company develops juniors into seniors quickly. There is a strong team ethic, with great people who are all willing to help each other out. The seniors are all very generous with their time and advice. The managers assign jobs according to skill levels. The quality of the work is high. The company goes through rounds of design and dev QA before launching projects. In my time there the company trippled in size. The managers are always recruiting. The company went from a small team in a single room to a large team in 3 separate offices locations in just a few years. Opportunities. The managers make a point that team leaders must come from within the team. All the senior team leaders when I was there started out as juniors. Wages. Although I started out on a relatively modest wage, I was given a pay rise within my first year, again 6 months later and again 7 months later. Within 3 years I had doubled my salary.

Cons

Nothing really worth mentioning. Sad I had to leave for family reasons.

Pros

Learned how to be a pro designer, deal with clients and use an array of graphical design programs. Team leader approved any software package request. People are very nice. Management are very friendly when you get the chance to speak to them If you are talented / skilled you get rewarded. Lots of clients so interesting variety in the work

Cons

If you are not a high flyer you don’t get as much attention as the higher performing people Managers are always very busy (if you request time with them they will see you but might take 2-3 days) Social events (are fun) but should be more regular

Pros

CEO is genuinely caring about the employees and the professional growing of each team member. Managers are nice and respectful as well. It is a place where you would stay long because people are professional, positive and you have a "family" feeling. From a designer perspective you will be always trusted, your thoughts will be highly considered and as soon as you are ready, you will also have direct design discussions with clients. Teammates are nice and probably will become good friends. It was a great experience!

Cons

I honestly have nothing to say

Cons

- Management can be quite firm (but fair) with weaker candidates / weaker work ethics - they don’t always enjoy it - Managers want the team in the offices (although hybrid working exists they are trying to phase it out) - CEO is always very busy - Should increase the frequency of the beer and ice cream deliveries ;-)

Pros

The senior and middleweight developers in the team are very knowledgeable in their specialities and always happy to help/teach another developer when they experience blocking issues or do not understand a problem and the way to solve it. As a Junior Web Developer, there are a lot of learning opportunities to learn on the fly new techniques to go in real projects which is invaluable. Learning new skills such as time management, collaborating with designers, managers and directors. The client projects can vary in size, and for clients in many different industries which makes for an interesting challenge each time.

Cons

There is none that is worth mentioning.
