      Warm staff and good salary, but stress in Junior School

      •Staff are warm and welcoming •Salary and holidays •Impressive Sport and Music programs for students

      Cons

      •Changes in Junior School structure has been stressful with limited collaborative planning time to create new units of work •Student behaviour often feels focused on what the teacher has not done •Not all co-curricular activities are supported the same way as Music and Sport •Senior management are approachable but not always very effective in following up concerns

      Most of the teachers were very welcoming and inclusive. Senior management treated us well.
