Being part of the huge machine that is GroupM means there are some perks, and events are enjoyable enough. Good place to learn basics of the adtech world.
Cons
Clear favoritism, low pay, too many middle managers and not enough staff to do the actual work. Lacking in support and leadership, very separate teams with their own agenda.
