Hi I am the current employee at Xcaliber. I think what you have said here is half truth. Let's address your point first. We are a bootstrapped startup that went from 10 people in 2016 to 200 in 2020.. We are profitable. Something you failed to mention is the fact that you were paid awesome increments and bonuses and gifts in Gold every year. I know sometimes that gets in the way of the narrative you are trying to create.. We have offices in Pune, Atlanta, Dallas, London, Toronto... We are in the best address in Pune. We are in an office building next to Pavalion Mall the BEST mall in Pune. The one you called small mall.. We have 15,000 sqft space.. an open office as you can see in the pictures. We are on SB road next to the JW Marriott hotel. BTW you called it a small office.. Let me see what office you have created ! Why would you need a cab ? Use your bike or can you not take a rickshaw? Proper Lunch / Dinner.. Again whats with this.. Did you mention that there is breakfast and snacks? And whats with Lunch, dinner, pickup, dropoff cabs.. This is a professional organization, you get paid good salary, you can get what you need and you pay for it. BTW there is a foodcourt downstairs where people from other parts of Pune come to eat. If your tastes are superior to the food served there maybe you need to go work for other companies. Regardless... For those reading the review.. If you are here because you are looking for a job, come visit for an interview and let the place and the people and our products speak for itself.. The rest all as I said is jus an opinion !
