I don’t even know where to start. It’s an operational nightmare. Everything is still done the way they did it 20 years ago, and if you ask why or if you make a suggestion you just hear “well we’ve always done it this way.” Not to mention that they’re trying to develop more of a sales culture because they’re bleeding money, but there’s NO CRM in place, not even something as simple as Salesforce - everything is tracked in excel sheets that differs from employee to employee. I have friends who have one or two employee businesses and have made bigger investments into trying to grow their client base than this place. Nothing is streamlined, everything takes a thousand steps. If I could afford it, I would go back to my lower paying old job but that’s not an option so I’m stuck here until something better comes along.
