Pros
Most employees in the back are hardworking and committed. Ask a question on the floor and anyone will find you an answer. Every employee on the floor takes pride in their craft to make a good product, due to unreasonable deadlines pride was not always possible.
Cons
Working in both the front and the back, i got to see first hand the separation of the company or "separation of intelligence" as it was described. I was told i would be making learning in multiple departments to help out and learn. I noticed more and more people 5-8 year employees disappearing , the shop moral sank , benefits became worse yearly and raises were out of the question. When 11 people get termed in a week without reason(owner would not give reason), I wouldn't look at it as "Growing pains" . The latest handbook is a shared 2015 edition leaving room to cut incentives and change policy on the fly. I would not recommend, growth in the company is minimal, any advances will not be compensated. Vacation days are frowned upon and if you are sick, you are expected to show.
