Pros

No pros working for this company. They manipulate lie and deduct your money for no reason and threaten to fire you every week. ZERO job security. Minimum wage pay. And they change commission structure like changing socks. They do you wrong at every turn and you are and always going to be in a lose lose situation with this company. This company fools you in false pretext. Makes promises verbally and then when you ask what about the promise you made they say if it’s not in writing we can’t do anything. Like what!!! Where is the trust? The structure is set in a diabolical way. The management lower and upper including the owners are con artists and thieves.

Cons

You misuse only the poor and take advantage of us needing the money for survival. You deduct our pay for no reason and find ways to eat up poor people money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will sell your organs if you allow them. Dont work for them. Drain them off employees then they’ll realise to treat and pay them better.

A Frustrating and Disorganized Experience

Pros

While the training lacked structure and support, it forced me to become more self-reliant and proactive. I now have a clearer sense of what kind of leadership and workplace culture I need to thrive — and what red flags to look out for in future roles. It was a tough experience, but one that ultimately helped me grow.

Cons

My experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. From day one, it was clear that organization and structure were not priorities. Training was chaotic and overwhelming—crammed into a two-week period with multiple trainers pushing conflicting information, making it nearly impossible to retain anything meaningful. Instead of hands-on learning, much of my time was wasted standing around in the store with no direction. The 10-hour shifts, five days a week, felt excessive, especially considering the poor compensation. It was physically and mentally draining, with very little to show for it. The management added to the frustration. My manager made promises about showing me expectations and offering support, but those promises were rarely kept. He’d schedule times to meet and then show up late, leave abruptly, or not return at all. It felt like I was left to figure things out on my own with no real guidance or leadership. Overall, this company lacks the structure, support, and respect that employees need to succeed. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a stable and supportive work environment.
