Thanks for your favourable feedback and we have also made a note of your need to have more flexible working options. This year based on our employee's feedback we revised our leave and working hours policy and introduced unlimited WFH keeping in view that it is aligned with the project team, rather than a fixed timing to start and end we introduce flexible time with a certain hours requirement in a week. All these initiatives were embraced by our employees with sheer delight and we have seen a good and justifiable use of the policy.
