The so called new product management is pushing the technical teams out and making it the old boys club. If you know the top engineering person, you will get hired. The only thing they want is the "Yes" men. In last few months a lot of major technical talent has left and more are in market for a change. Too much frustration and cronyism. Incompetent people with zero domain knowledge are sitting on top pushing others out. And now the outsourcing also started with a company because someone is friends with someone.
