Internal Politics Sucks and no work life balance
Pros
I can't currently think of any benefits to working in this toxic workplace, but if you are the type to always say yes to things and do as your manager says, or if you are the type to always be in your manager's good graces, then this is unquestionably the best place to work.
Cons
The work pressure here is unbearable; even the managers will make you work long hours on the weekends and without recognition from your superiors or managers. More importantly, the work is done in React, where, ironically, no one has more than three years of experience. There is also no proper guidance provided, and I'm not sure why they are expecting so much from someone who has just graduated from college. Instead of providing proper training and guidance, they are expecting so much from you. Even on the weekends, we have given it our all, but they are still unsatisfied. I'm now quite angry and frustrated with the management.
