Gross misrepresentation of software products and service capabilities; for example, if a prospective client is interested in specific procurement software modules that the company does not currently offer/have developed, the leadership will ask the developers to make "screens" that appear to be screenshots of the software.. that doesn't really exist. 2.Has the curse of being led by leadership from underdeveloped countries with underdeveloped business values (Translation: Any women, and men who are not Indian or Caucasian male, you will NOT have an easy time here). 3. Rampant Retaliation culture 4.Generally not a lot of strong business acumen/ intelligence/ procurement excellence 5.Insurance and other benefits are horrible (no 401k match) 6.Location (Run down area on NW side of Detroit)

- You will be expert in politics. You will be thrown out of the company if you ask any question to managers. They always back the employees who are close to them, even they are highly inefficient (It mainly happens in Launch, Training & Support) - Any outsiders never survive here. Bhopali goons & existing Netlink emp eat them up. - Poor infrastructure, Dirty furniture, tiny horrible canteen, uncleaned bathrooms. - They think - Bhopal is beginning & end of the world. They never believe there is something exists outside Bhopal. - Leaders are very Rude to all employees, No respect, no encouragement. - I bet - None of the leaders / Managers cannot manage any small job in big cities. :) - US employees - I am surprised to see How so many idiots can gather together.
