The first thing I noticed when joining Xelix is that everyone is intelligent, driven and proud of their work. It's a cool company with a great product. Everyone at Xelix is genuinely a good person. You could ask anyone for help and they would go out of their way to assist I enjoy the social aspect of Xelix, it's been good to meet people from various departments through post work football/beers

Cons

There is a high performance culture, so it can be stressful - but the support network is there for you to achieve
