      flexible enough, we do not have to work under tight supervision

      Cons

      not efficient. Once a project starts, they threaten to close the team if no good results. So most engineers choose to find another job in advance. Then the project has to be finished by a new engineer. Of course a waste of time and bad results

      Very interesting technology Good work-life balance Parts of the company treat you like family

      Cons

      Employee come and go, most of the knowledge was fired (very high employee turnover for such a small company). Work environment is like living in a tv soap, every few weeks some new drama (crazy plans/firings) No transparency and open communication Micromanagers everywhere

      Could have been a great company

      The salary package is not bad, certainly not for a relative small company

      Cons

      New CEO (since september 2015) leads a high tech company as the owner of a 1950's factory plant General distrust of the management towards the workforce Very limited communication of the management. Only on a need to know basis.
