I don't think there is a clear system or structure within the organization. There are a few higher-level employees whose responsibilities are confusing because they don't seem to do much or have good leadership. Almost every decision, whether big or small, in any department, has to be run through by the CEO. Unfortunately, the CEO doesn't provide sufficient guidance and expects employees to figure things out with very limited support.
Additionally, I am not a fan of the monitoring system the company uses.
Lastly, AI is not the solution to everything, while it seems to be, it is not.
