      Pros

      Hiring freshers and training them and giving them opportunity but it does not mean you are their Masters. They might not get a good opportunity technology wise but definitely will get humane treatment.

      Cons

      You are not allowed to carry phones in office but you cannot even take call during your break time or if found will be asked to leave. COO think that PhD in Data science means PhD in running company specially Human Resource department can do things as per her whims and wishes. She is not atall good listener and does not have patience at all to listen. Trainees are not allowed to have coffee or tea even during breaks. infact whole staff is not allowed to have tea or coffee at their respective tables. Her favorite word is, you are on my RADAR now.

      I worked in XenonStack as an intern. They behave freshers like a slave and want work like an experienced pro.

      Pros

      The only pro which I see there is that they work on new technologies which is rare in Chandigarh, Mohali like Big Data, Machine Learning though Data Scientist is a lie again Data Analyst is a good word there, and if you can learn anything by your own then only it's good for you. And also not to forget some good peeps are there who are always ready to help you.

      Cons

      Extreme Pressure, Fake Package(At the time of interview and when you join, such bonus things), Negative Environment, Firing Policy ( By giving a silly reason), Too much restrictions, etc.
