a lot of autonomy and leniency, flexibility on schedule
Cons
expect random calls from management in the midnight, can't plan your vacantion properly because out of the blue leadership can have a new urgent project for you ( with will be scrapped in a couple of month)

1. no bureaucracy 2. no questionable rituals 3. senior-level specialists all around 4. great project management, no burning deadlines 5. friendly & safe atmosphere
Cons
Lack of opportunities for career growth & obtaining a higher job position. We can't all be CTOs though, you know :)
