Pros
Just saying the culture is awesome is a huge underestimation! Everybody in the company feels like it's a family rather than co-workers. There are pretty nice opportunities to advance in your career here, you'll feel valued and will be helped to further develop.
Cons
The company isn't giving the highest salaries in the city, rather average to a little above average. No bonuses usually (there are some rare exceptions). No health insurance.
