Pros

Working remote with flexibility from anywhere in Europe

Cons

- They have a crazy legacy code that u will not be able to work with it without asking the older devs worked there for sometime. - nothing motivating about working as u don’t learn anything except fixing bugs, they are saying it laravel framework, but it is not , it is just a legacy code that will cause pain for you when u start working on it ( some files are more than 2000 lines ) , larval only less than 10 % of the project - managements have no clue about the software process and just don’t know how to manage a team, - owners don’t know how to manage a company, they trying to do work for others like PO position which they have no idea what is PO is , and that lead to they don’t know how to do grooming for tickets or analyse tasks and know what is needed for the next quarter, at the end all the devs were feeling lost cause they don’t help but u can’t say that cause they are the owners , at the end they started again to search for PO. - they laid 10% of the employees off at the end of December which make me wonder if they gonna fire more employees soon, so not stable to join - hire and fire , every week someone is leaving and they just don’t say .

Pros

The founders are very warm and nice people.

Cons

It's a disaster. They are hiring unexperienced persons for leader positions. They don't understand how to treat people and also don't even try to hear you, when you want to give feedback. You are muzzled and not allowed to express your opinion. Strong lack of communication there. No clear defined responsibilities. When you need help, you are left standing or don't even know who to contact. As long as the numbers of new customers are coming in, they don't even care about the churns and how many customers they lose. This is not sustainable at all. You can go the extra mile and it's just not enough for them. They want more and more. Just read the google reviews, then you will understand what's going on there.
