Nothing except the food nearby.

Cons

Working environment very poor,no advance technology used over there and overall bad. Pathetic payroll with delayed salaries. Poor Project managers and business bidders. Feels like you are back to school, with poor HR. Please do not ever join this company, you are playing with your present and future.

No work pressure as there are few projects. It's a Circus and management are like jokers! No project manager, worst marketing team.

Cons

Lac of projects, No learning opportunity, salary delayed by 3 months sometime 4 to 5 months also! No system, no work culture and stupid CEO!!

Nothing is good at Xentric. poor work culture, poor management, Poor quality of marketing stuffs. This was my worst decision to join here.

Cons

Honestly speaking they don't give salary. Say like , the salary of January you will get in month of April (after asking several times)
