      Pros

      Flexibility, growth, good salary, friendly staff, great environment, snack bar is always packed, great bonuses and incentives.

      Cons

      There was no downside for me. The only downside I can think of is for the employees who live outside Central LA, traffic can be a nightmare.

      Pros

      Relaxed and fun environment. Given opportunities to spread my wings and get involved in areas outside my comfort zone. My abilities have always been respected by my employer.

      Cons

      Not challenging enough. Work becomes routine and not very interesting after some time. Problems with management made it difficult to continue working there.
