-Starting salaries are not great, however, if you can perform then salary no bar. -Saturdays are working, management expects the employees to work real hard. -Management expects each employee to upskill and also do the work side by side.

Worst place to work. Management has very narrow thinking. They will just count your hours not the actual work and quality. Employees are pushed to work on sat Sunday. No holidays or any other privileges are given to the employees. The organisation doesn't even hold basic standards for better environment for its employees. Management always puts useless decisions on employees without even thinking. The only non billable people are management. Employees are really good but suffering with the useless laws prepared by management. It's a caged feeling while working with this organisation. No fun at all. Lunch time is counted on tips and not even basic freedom to employees. Zero worklife balance. And yes, if you log out even 5 seconds before 9 hours, you will be marked as absent for half day:)
