      Pros

      All the lies they tell in the beginning

      Cons

      Horrible management, they lied and said they were growing to hire a ton of people, got these people to leave current jobs, and then fired everyone 4 months later. They made it impossible to succeed by changing the compensation structure, accounts, and territories continuously. Just guessing with no data.

      Pros

      If you live to San mateo or work remotely then its a easy company to work for - There are some good and talented individual employees especially in engineering, product management and sales but lack of vision has hurt this company.

      Cons

      too many - incompentent leadrship. Commodity low margin transactional web services. Enterprise solution mostly a give away. Ample opportunity to slack if you buddy buddy with incompetent leaders. No Vision by leadership.

      Struggling to grow and distinguish in a commodity business

      Pros

      Some employees are hard working. Good first job as there is little clear definition of roles and accountability so you would get lots of varied experiences. The management has tried and struggled to define cultures and values that are meaningful, but at least they are trying.

      Cons

      Struggling to define the growth path of the company Management has been doing it so long in a vacuum they have lost perspective on what a healthy growing company looks like. Many co-workers phoning in their efforts on the job (including senior management) which creates a bad the work ethic which is very sporadic across the organization. Biggest issue is that sales are transactional and the product is a commodity so it is hard to differentiate so cost is the only place to stand apart from the competition.
