Xlab has a great point where it stands out it is its friendly environment, not just you will be safe and comfortable but you will also thrive in technology and you will have opportunity to learn from. everyone, its really unique in how it gives its employees courses and give them even the developers a glimpses on the business world, ownership is reinforced and you will sense the taste of your achievement
