Cons
Policies they frame is only for the employees not for HR/Managerial People. There is saying, where the farmer feeds the cow very less and he expects the cow to give more milk to sell and more dung to use as fuel/manure. This is what happening here. They look only for their benefits. They don't really care about the employees. Even if a trusted employee leaves, they will only highlight and discuss the negative things about him. They won't even think about his contribution to the organization. You will be noted and questioned if you are coming late or leaving early even if you are done with the work. But you wont be getting compensation if you work extra day when the project really needed. You will be treated like a person in enquiry if you have taken any sick leave. You will be called through phone just to verify whether you are actually sick. They try to have a positive outlook by putting postive reviews for the organization in Galssdoor/LinkedIn and asks other employees to do so but not trying to resolve the actual problem existing in the organization. They do not know how to get work done from people. Manager makes sure that you don't work peacefully and expects work to be done with 100 percent perfection and also makes sure that you don't have a peaceful life outside either. They are ready to spend crores on so called state of the art interiors but won't pay more for the most trusted employees. And like all other organizations, they are ready to pay for new joinees but not for the existing trusted employees. Having serious trust issues over their hiring techniques. They are not good enough to identify the real talents.
