      Exciting to work at a growing company.

      Pros

      Sales people have independence, great leads and products that I believe in. Opportunity to advance. If you are results oriented the compensation will reward you accordingly. I have had a couple of other sales jobs and this comp plan is the best I have had.

      Cons

      Overnight travel required. A lot of time wasted waiting for doctors, I guess as in any job dealing with doctors.

      Pros

      No weekends or holidays. There is regular raises. The medical benefits are good. You do get one week paid vacation after one year.

      Cons

      Mismanagement of employees.Lack of respect for employees. Total disregard for safety and ethics. No training program.The biggest problem at this company is the management.

      Pros

      Global company that's not afraid to get into the marketplace with new products. Sales manager does try to get involved with new reps and help them acclimate to company.

      Cons

      Product launches are poorly managed and management seems out of touch with industry and competition. President doesn't seem to respect other managers or employees.
