Salary is lower than market standards for similar roles. There is quite a bit of internal politics, which can make the work environment challenging at times. The company has been facing business difficulties for the past few years, leading to employee exits as well as frequent layoffs. Even after many years in the market, many processes still feel like a startup with limited structure and planning. Career growth is quite limited, A number of employees stay mainly because it is difficult for them to transition outside.
