      worst company save yourself

      looks like a MNC in appearance

      this is not a MNC but a third grade mama company. In 2015, CEO Kal Raman left. Since then 200 people have joined and left but the total strength is always maintained at 90. Employee turnover 200%. Left over Leadership team are germs who dont know anything about engineering or management. Good ones left. Every senior manager has his favorite employee (team lead) who will always get 1 rating even if he does nothing. All new hires will get good motivational statements but rating will be average or poor. Needless to say, top rating will always go the favorite. Xome merger with Nationstar mortgage its parent company in Chennai means no job security.

      My peers were nice people

      The company does not have any organizational structure. People do things just for the sake of it. No effective management in place. The management say that transparency is the key but that is the only thing employees do not get to experience. Totally biased managers. One piece of advice, if you want to build a career look the other way around.

      All pros have gone now. It's all in the past. Literally only cons are left.

      Someone please save Xome Chennai from the leadership team here. If they work at least 20% of the high salary they take, Xome Chennai be a awesome place to work. Except for the leadership team and few leads who dance to their tunes, everyone else is disappointed and looking to move out of the company. Appraisals are a joke. The only way to get a good rating is by doing what's right for the leadership team, not for the company. God save us please.
