Pros

There were things which were good many year earlier or at least we were thinking that few things are good. You may get some team parties when there will be no project pressure.

Cons

Being an employee of this company, I know how employees here are asked to post good reviews on Glassdoor to make things look better here. Some of the employees here are ready to do anything asked without thinking about right or wrong. You can't say 'No' to anything here and not even discuss about any of your problem with organization else organization will make sure to make things worse for you. After effects may include: - Rude behaviour of managers, - Minimal appraisal even when its clear that you worked exceptionally good than others, - Management will start backbiting you. As management here will always be very sweet in front of you in the starting that you can easily get fooled but you will realize the truth gradually. Taking to team lunches, having small gaming session, taking part in marathon etc (when project load is less) is few tactics of management here in order to divert employees mind from the real problems they have in organization. Management here don't care about their employee growth and are just too selfish to think only about their comfort. If you will talk about your growth, you will become their target. Once or more in a while, we used to hear from the management that almost all of the employees who left the company were not good enough and they were asked to leave the organization even when we all know that they resigned from the organization and very in their current organization. Policies and processes here can be changes anytime as per management needs with a note that suggestions are welcome but will be taken care next year only. (as we all know tomorrow never comes). As per management they have open door policy here which is actually open only for their very close employees. Doors are only open here when you don't have any complains or problems with management, with your salary/appraisal or with any of their favorite employees. Meaning of the policies here are too different than other organization, we have clean desk policy here which means not to leave coffee mugs on your desk. Just don't get fooled after seeing some management written good reviews and eye catching nice party photos.

Pros

There WERE few points but everything good thing is a past now.

Cons

Politics, favoratism, partiality... Etc. You name something which should not be part of any office and it will be available here. Frequent changes in policies, boss is always right approach and above all, no one to listen to your voice. Management keeps giving false promises and there are few chosen ones who always get the credit of anything good that happens anywhere in organization and are 100% immune to any mistake that can ever happen but not on their side. Policies are only for the general employees chosen ones are treated as the family of owners of company.

The point that is not clear is why in your view, the company is deteriorating. On office ethics: politics, partiality and favouritism are significant alarms. The work environment is guided by set values, to respect diversity and inclusivity. In regards to changes in policies, based on operational changes, and changing provisions, the main focus is to improve production. Unless the new policies are confusing, some improvements may be made. Considering the feelings of false promise given by the management, it is not very clear on which promise was given and how it was achieved or not accomplished. In view of respect, no case has been reported of disrespectful behaviour. To add on, equal opportunities are available to employees, but vary based on skills and level of performance. Since you are a current employee, do reach out to me or inbox me with corrective and actionable points.

I am bemused to see this comment since unable to connect with anyone currently working in the organisation and stating the same. If so, then do connect with me online or offline and would love to hear your perspective of being an organisation who ensures timely payout of salaries along with ensuring comfort of our employees. The human tendency amazes me as we are never contented with what we have or haven't i.e. whether we are working in an SME or larger organisation...Wishing you best of luck to find what you wish for and be satisfied.
