      Fantastic work life balance which I observed in last 13 yrs. Good opportunities for Skill development Flexible WFH facility Multiple technical activities and cultural events in full year. Great Recognition of talent's Good Salary hikes Vast variety of projects which helps to learn new technologies

      One of best company who believe in Work Life balance

      Pros

      Company policies are in favor of employees. Company promotes WORK from HOME. (Max two days but not a restriction) Very positive environment. Big people/Management think good about employees. And make policies accordingly in favor of employee. They seriously follows Open door policy and All are same in Xoriant policy. Personal suggestion: If you got offer must go, it understands about manager role but it worth to take risk.
