      Pros

      Amazing atmosphere for students. Very flexible regarding working hours, times off, working remotely within Germany. Really want you to grow and learn. Support you in your learning process. Really smart engineers. 30 days/year paid vacation.

      Cons

      Maybe the only con i faced was not being able to work from abroad (outside of Germany)

      Company just overall is fantastic. Vision is clear, execution the same, as well as contributions from anyone anytime you need.

      Cons

      Travel sometimes gets too much, but thats a pretty good con with all things said.
