Pros

Are you kidding me. Glassdoor should keep less than one 🌟 to give reviews.

Cons

I will share co-founders chat what they think about their female employee and other employee. You will hate after reading this.Being unemployment is better than working in this organisation.

Xoxoday has a good percentage of female employees. These employees have been working since a long time. We treat all our employees very fairly. However, it would have been better had you given some specific feedback which we could have fixed in case there was any issue.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to review Xoxoday on Glassdoor. We are extremely disappointed to read this comment as Xoxoday has always strived to create a safe, conducive and respectful environment for all employees. Our focus in this direction is undeterred and will continue to be. Ample HR forums exist in the company to facilitate employees in sharing their views and getting adequate support. We do focus on excellence in our delivery and have a well-defined performance management program that focuses on providing an equal opportunity to all employees irrespective of gender. We welcome you to meet us for a discussion and explore the option of assisting you.

Pros

working on alternate Saturdays. I mean what can be better than this?

Cons

The company is run by newbie Co-founders. None of them know what they are doing or what is their mission and vision(It's strange when the Co-founders are from Colleges like IIM-K, Tapmi, and Welingkar : drop-out). A usual morning starts with lots of mails from one of the co-founders(and to be precised, the mails are sent to demotivate you). Now, they will ask you to start working on your own but will give you 10 tasks from there side. You will have to do all the tasks cause, every 2 hours 'Mr. impatient' (One of the co-founders) will ask you for the report not to analyse anything but to scold you for the tasks which you did not touch yet. Another co-founder Sumit Khandelwal a.k.a. Fred Flintstones (cause he look like him), who does not know anything but pretend that he is a world class genius, will come with some REALLY BAD ideas and will ask you to complete it by EOD. Now, you are in trouble. Whether to his tasks or 'Mr. Impatient's' task. Now your work sheet is piled up with 20 random tasks which you need to complete in roughly 9 hours (Well people stay in office for 10.5 hours but 1.5 hours is wasted doing nothing cause YOU ARE DEMOTIVATED). So basically, if you want to ruin your work life balance and get umpteen nightmares and job-insecurity, then this is the best place on earth to work.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We have definitely taken feedback as positive and worked on various areas. Good news!! We have only 5 days working and got implemented last year itself. So no more alternate Saturdays working :) I think you have pointed out important aspect of work for any organisation which is to achieve a work balance between different teams, specially if the company is small and still growing. As a start-up which wants to grow faster purely on revenue, the only parameter that becomes important is to execute faster and there are so many areas to improve that one is always impatient. I am sure you would agree to that. Had it not been this case we would not have become what we are today and would have been easily perished in the mist like so many well funded start-ups did. You will find one quote which always mentions to stay hungry and impatient if you have to make an impact. There is no time limit to one can work in a day but it is obvious that with less people and bigger aim you have to dedicate those hours willingly. However this was a phase when we were learning and putting lot of processes together to make future better and smooth. Had you stayed with us you would have appreciated to what we are now. But I would like to give credits to you and all those who knowingly/unknowingly helped us to grow leap and bound. Lot of processes have improved and we have grown to a big size, with happy people around. About the co-founders, yes all of us were newbies. But thanks to feedbacks and people, including you we have learnt a lot and established ourselves as experienced co-founders :) Oh yes, last but not the least, Fred Flintstones is a nice character and we like it.
