Pros

There is good digital knowledge among consultants. There is a strong sense of urgency, however the culture can be quite cowboy-ish.

Cons

Unappreciative leaders and the employee turnover rate is very high.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you had the experience of colleagues being “cowboy-ish”. We sincerely hope that they are among those who have left the business in recent times as we pride ourselves on quite the opposite. Xpand does not want to be the biggest agency but the most respected. Any employee who does not honour that will not have a long-term career at Xpand. Regarding your comment on high turnover statistically speaking we do better than the industry standard. The average rate of staff turnover in recruitment is between 25%-35%, however our retention rate for FY15 was 82%. We have multiple initiatives to reward great work and the channels of communication, cross locations, are often buzzing with praise. We are sorry you felt your work went unappreciated.

Very supportive and encouraging managers and colleagues. They care about what you do not because you need to get the revenues in, but because they genuinely look after you.

Cons

I have not seen and experienced anything that will make me regret joining this company.

Pros

Xpand's values, innovative ideas and strategy sets it apart from the rest. You constantly feel part of a bigger picture and everyone have common goals to aspire to. As an employee you feel valued and are given plenty of training and support needed to develop and progress within your career. Working for the company has been an absolute pleasure due to the collaborative, fun and dynamic group of individuals that it employs.

Cons

I cannot think of any negatives, it has been a completely positive experience for me since I joined. I could sincerely not ask for anything more than what I have been provided with.
