MD is the one man show with no idea what he and we are doing in the office

Cons

pay very less and ask for multi tasking, no canteen, no proper breaks, worst management, forced to stay for meetings everyday just before logout for more than an hour. which is of no use, senior employees attitude towards new join, many more...

There has been tremendous amount of learning since the day I have joined the company. The team and people here in general are very cooperative. I appreciate the work culture existing in the organisation and look forward to work every day with a great sense of motivation. It was great working with Mr. Narasimha Reddy, Director. I have seen very few directors who are so passionate about the work. He can never compromise on perfection & quality which is why I want to work in Xpedient

Cons

The company is not as big as it seems there are two companies on the same floor. The company does not tell what it does or will try to avoid till the time you join the company. In simple terms, it is doing affiliate marketing for a company with help of more people. Stay away from it guys, not a place to spend your precious time.
