Pros

I enjoy working here with my team. Nice to be treated like an adult. Left alone to get on with the job but there with support if you need it. The 30 days holiday are amazing.

Cons

The pay is low compared to other roles within the same industry, I feel they try to make up this with the benefits. The 30 days are amazing.
