Remote Flexibility: The company supports remote work, offering a good work-life balance.

      Lack of Clear Processes: Things move fast, but sometimes at the expense of structured processes, which can make it challenging to plan and execute efficiently. Limited Resources for Design: More investment in design tools, research, and team growth would help improve the overall workflow and impact of the design team.
